Bülent Becan
Founder Partner
The founder partner of the ATUVA Management Consultancy, Bülent Becan has advised to cosmetic, pharmaceutical and supply industries both nationwide and overseas for many years.
A fellow graduate from Lycee de Galatasaray and Robert College-Boğaziçi University's department of Chemical Engineering, Bülent Becan continues his counseling in the Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (AIFD).
Tijen Ülgür
Partner
Graduated from German High School İstanbul, Tijen Ülgür pursued her undergraduate degree in management at Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration.
Throughout her career, she has held many positions mainly in chemical and pharmaceutical multinational companies. Upon graduation, she became a controller in Türk Henkel A.Ş. Later she started working in Planning and Control Department at Roche Müstahzarları A.Ş. After she occupied several different managerial positions at Henkel-Ecolab Temizleme Sistemleri A.Ş and NCH Corporation.
As a professional her key areas of expertise include financial and strategic planning & control, operations management, sales & marketing management and supply chain management.
As a partner in ATUVA Management Consultancy she works in the fields of HR Consultancy and Trainings and at the same time contributes with her professional exertise to NGO's as researcher and trainer.
Sevil Becan
Founder Partner
As a process engineer graduate from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Sevil Becan started out in the education program of International Management Progragram-Riedensburg, then returned to Turkey as a project engineer and has been a counselor in large scale firms in food processing and engineering.
With her contributions as a committee member to TUSIAD Agriculture, Food and Livestock, and 8th 5-year Development Commission, Sevil Becan continues in counseling to retail and FMCG companies.
Dr.Akil Süheyl Becan

Served as a long-time risk manager in the fire service for national and international insurance companies such as Axa Corporate, Besso, Marsh, TEB Sigorta (TEB Insurance), and Munich Re, Dr. Akil Süheyl Becan was graduated from the Civil Engineering & Architecture Faculty of Istanbul Technical University. His PhD doctorial dissertation was on the Modeling of design decisions to incorporate fire security on buildings of dwellings.
Dr. Akil Süheyl Becan runs the risk management consultancy and educational programs in international firms such as Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Honda, Renault, Borusan-Mannesmann, Lafarge, Philips, and Arçelik, as well as continuing in the academic field as a lecturer in the Architecture Department of Mimar Sinan University in Istanbul.
The author of more than 30 articles in professional publications, Dr. Akil Süheyl Becan runs Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety training programs for all levels of the companies’ employees and management teams , prepares valuation reports on assets, acts as expert witness and valuator, serves as well on earthquake risk analysis and building reinforcement areas.
